"Never stop smiling" That was the phase I received along with some flowers from Grupo Dental Bosques the day I finished my treatment. That detail for me encloses the warmth, dedication and perfectionism that I lived from the first day I entered the office.
Some people say that Dr. Ricardo Mitrani is for complicated cases, I’d rather say that he is such a perfectionist and trained dentist that he is able to get through the most difficult cases, at the same time that he treats a "normal" mouth. Simple things that any dentist can do but not as flawless as Grupo Dental Bosques.
My case was special. I had badly placed implants, poorly made and badly placed crowns, which did not allow me to have a proper bite.
My change took a lot of planning because it was necessary to do several surgeries, crown design ... in few words, a new mouth!
Since the beggining I felt the certainty that I was in the right place; I knew it was not an easy road, because I had many surgeries and appointments waiting for me, but I also knew that in the end I would have the mouth I had always dreamed!
In every appointment, I was struck by the professionalism of everybody there. They do not let you leave until the work is perfect (as if they were pieces of lego). They had weekly meetings to analyze the cases of each patient and to present new procedures. They are up to date with all the news ... and on the other hand, it was so pleasant to breathe the atmosphere of the clinic, both the treatment and the doctor’s and the warmth were amazing. I spent dentist's hours faster than I expected.
Today I want to thank all the members of this great team. From the day I finished my treatment, my life began to change in a radical way. And how did it change?
Well in simple details that make every day easier.
I was afraid that I would lose a crown and stay a day without a tooth!
Having the proper bite gave me less headaches and my mouth doesn’t hurt anymore. I'm just going to my routine cleanings (that makes me feel healthy, I have a "normal" mouth) and the simplest of all, but the most beautiful is that I can smile quietly and openly knowing that my photos will be of a beautiful smile.
Thanks to Dr. Ricardo, Dr. Beto and all his team for all their work, patience and affection with which they achieved a smile full of tranquility, security and much, much joy. Really, they changed my life!
